Garnet Servers is not the best because merchants like gun dealers can self supply, and items for other vendors such as bartender are overinflated in price, and cannot be sold easily. I tried to select ones where if you are new, you can still compete, moneymaking or pvp, with only one server exception. If there is a '$$' next to it, it means there might be pay/microtransactions. Helpful or active admins/report function, good economy (job selection incentivizes player movement & trade, and doesn't reward harassing new players), and at least has some players playing.
